We may charge you a fee to cover our administrative and other reasonable costs in providing the information to you. We will not charge for simply making the request and will not charge for making any corrections to your personal information.
If you believe that your personal information which we hold is incorrect, incomplete or inaccurate, then you can notify us and request it to be corrected. If it relates to data such as credit reports or tenant history, you can request it from the credit bureaus. There may be situations where we cannot provide you access to the personal information we hold. For example, where it would breach somebody else’s right to privacy or would endanger someone else’s safety.
